Your report is generated instantly by AI and shown on screen right after payment — a skin read, an illustrative 8-week glow-up preview, and a 3-step routine.

About your 14-day right to cancel

For digital content, EU consumer law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind. Because your report is generated and delivered immediately, when you buy you expressly ask us to begin straight away and you acknowledge that, once your report has been generated and shown to you, you lose the 14-day right to cancel for that report. (We show you this clearly before you pay.)

So in practice

If anything goes wrong on our end (your result doesn't generate, or it clearly isn't what was described): email zkhatri@jajk.org and we'll put it right or refund you in full.
Once your report has been generated and shown to you: because it's instant digital content you asked us to start straight away, refunds aren't generally available — but always write to us first; we want you happy.
