Your privacy — in plain words

Last updated: 16 June 2026

Glow is provided by Zahid, Via Marco Aurelio 2, Milan, Italy. We are the controller of your data. Questions or requests: zkhatri@jajk.org.

What we collect

When you buy a Glow report you give us (1) one selfie, which is uploaded in your browser when you tap buy, and (2) your payment confirmation, handled through our checkout. That's it. We don't ask for your name or create an account.

What we do with your selfie

Your selfie is processed automatically by AI services to create your result on screen: a skin read, an illustrative 8-week glow-up preview image, and a 3-step routine. Specifically, it is sent to Anthropic (the Claude model writes your skin read) and to fal.ai (an image model creates your glow-up preview). It is used only to generate your result — we do not use it to identify or recognise you, we do not run facial recognition or biometric identification on it, and it is never sold or shared for advertising. Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train its models; fal.ai processes the image to return your preview.

What we keep, and for how long

We do not store your selfie on our own servers — it lives only inside the request that creates your result. Your generated glow-up preview image is hosted by our image provider (fal.ai) at a link you can download; if you'd like that link removed, email zkhatri@jajk.org and we'll request its deletion. We keep records of the sale (never your photo) for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Why we're allowed to use your selfie (lawful basis)

We process your selfie only on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by uploading your photo and choosing to buy. Because the result is generated instantly, the processing happens the moment you buy; you can ask us to delete anything still held, and to request removal of your generated image link, by emailing zkhatri@jajk.org.

Your order

We process your order details and payment confirmation to deliver the service — this is needed to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)) — and we keep sale records as tax and accounting law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who else is involved (our processors)

Three services help deliver Glow: Stripe handles payment (you'll see their receipt); Anthropic (Claude) generates your skin read from your selfie; and fal.ai generates your glow-up preview image from your selfie. Your photo is shared with Anthropic and fal.ai only to create your result. We don't send your data to anyone else.

Who can use Glow

Glow is for adults aged 18 and over only. Please don't buy or send a photo if you're under 18, and don't send us a photo of anyone else.

Your rights

Under EU/EEA and UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Because we don't store your selfie on our servers, in most cases there's nothing left to retrieve — and you can ask us to request removal of your generated glow-up image link at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This is not medical advice

Glow is for fun and general skincare guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or dermatologist. Individual skin is different and results vary.
