What happens to my photo?
It's sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to create your read — your glow preview is made right in your own browser and never leaves your phone. We don't keep your photo on our side afterwards, and we never use it to identify you or sell it for advertising. See our Privacy page for the full detail.
Is the glow-up real or a filter?
It's your own photo, gently brightened and smoothed — never reshaped, never re-toned, never someone else's face. A deliberately believable illustration of where kind, consistent care could take your skin — not a guarantee. Individual results vary.
Will it be harsh about my skin?
Never. No scores, no rankings, no flaw-shaming. It points at what's already glowing and at gentle next steps.
Will it change my skin tone?
Never. Your glow preview is made only from your own photo — it brightens the light on your skin, never your skin tone. By construction it can't make you lighter or darker, and it never reshapes your face. Kind to your skin, true to your tone — that's the whole point of Glow.

Your report is instant digital content you ask us to deliver straight away, so once it's been shown to you, refunds aren't generally available (see our Terms). But if anything goes wrong on our end — you paid and your result didn't arrive — reply to your payment receipt email or email zkhatri@jajk.org and we'll make it right or refund you in full.
